This 7 inch wide poly tubing roll delivers 2,900 feet of 1.5 mil film, giving packaging operations the ability to produce custom-length bags on demand without stocking multiple pre-formed bag sizes. Cut to the required length and heat seal both ends with a standard impulse sealer to produce a finished bag sized precisely to the item being packaged.

FDA and USDA compliance makes this tubing suitable for direct food-contact applications alongside general industrial, e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and manufacturing uses. The 1.5 mil construction provides reliable puncture resistance for lightweight to medium-weight products, making it a practical choice for bakeries, produce packers, hardware kitters, and fulfillment centers alike.

Each roll weighs approximately 26.48 lbs. The 2,900-foot length reduces roll changeover frequency on high-volume lines and lowers per-unit packaging cost compared to pre-formed bags. Compatible with standard impulse heat sealers.
